The proposed development comprises 7 no. large office spaces, divided into two separate blocks linked by a central core for general circulation and shared sanitary facilities. The west block is proposed to be 4-storeys high with one office per floor, while the east block is lower at 3-storeys high, also with one office per floor. The office spaces will have high ceilings and large windows on three sides to maximise
daylighting. The design features traditional brickwork with punched windows and glass curtain walling. A subtle detail of projecting headers in horizontal bands following the line of the windows has been introduced to articulate the facades and enhance the horizontality of these elements of the building.
